　　新LI1噴射平臺(tái)將成為利勃海爾的重點(diǎn)展示對(duì)象。這是一款靈活的共軌噴射器，專(zhuān)用于輕型、中型與重型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。其細(xì)長(zhǎng)緊湊的外形設(shè)計(jì)與靈活的連接尺寸可大幅縮短發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)安裝空間。當(dāng)前，共有四種可用外殼，從最大長(zhǎng)度為90 mm的極短設(shè)計(jì)，到直徑為21 mm的不變徑設(shè)計(jì)，為發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)的汽缸提供額外空間。該噴射器帶噴射定時(shí)控制(ITC)功能，該功能可通過(guò)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)控制單元內(nèi)的軟件模塊激活，無(wú)需額外安裝傳感器或連接器，最大程度降低了應(yīng)用成本。ITC不僅能夠精確測(cè)量最低的燃油量，還能確保每臺(tái)噴射器在整個(gè)使用壽命內(nèi)維持恒定的噴油量。

　　A highlight at the exhibition stand will be Liebherr’s new LI1 injector platform. The flexible common rail injectors are specially designed for use in light-, medium- and heavy-duty engines. Their slim, compact design and flexible connection dimensions allow for maximum freedom in terms of engine installation space. There are currently four different housing variants available. They range from a particularly short design with maximum length of 90 mm to a consistent housing diameter of 21 mm and thus provide additional space in the cylinder chamber of the engine. The built-in Injection Timing Control (ITC) function can be activated via a software module in the engine control unit. This means that no additional sensors or connections are necessary, which also minimises application costs. The ITC provides precise metering of the smallest fuel quantities and ensures constant injection quantities for each injector over its entire service life.

　　除新開(kāi)發(fā)成果外，利勃海爾還會(huì)在展覽中展示LI2噴射平臺(tái)，該平臺(tái)已在要求嚴(yán)苛的非道路與重型道路用車(chē)中得到應(yīng)用。該噴射平臺(tái)同樣具有卓越的應(yīng)用靈活性，可搭配各種幾何形狀的外殼與各種直徑的噴油嘴，以最佳方式集成到各種發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與應(yīng)用中。除經(jīng)典的7 mm噴油嘴外，還可使用9 mm擴(kuò)大版噴油嘴，實(shí)現(xiàn)超高噴射速度。

　　In addition to the new developments, Liebherr will also be presenting the LI2 injector platform, which is already in use in demanding off-road and heavy-duty on-road applications. Here, too, the application flexibility is convincing. For optimal integration in a wide range of engines and applications, variable housing geometries and nozzle variants are possible. In addition to the classic 7 mm nozzle, the portfolio also includes a 9 mm version, which achieves particularly high flow rates.

Eine Schnittstelle zur direkten Ansteuerung der SCR oder SCRFilter-Systemkomponenten erlaubt die kombinierte Regelung von Motor und Abgasnachbehandlung mit nur einer ECU3. Das Motorsteuerger?t erm?glicht die Erfüllung der verschiedenen Emissionsvorschriften, u.a. EU Euro V / VI, Stufe IV / V und US EPA Tier 4f. Das Steuerger?t ist entsprechend Stra?enzulassung ECE-R10 zertifiziert. Aufgrund ihres kompakten Geh?uses, ben?tigt die ECU3 nur wenig Platz in der Arbeitsmaschine. Bei beengten Einbauverh?ltnissen mit geringem Luftdurchsatz und sehr starker Hitzeentwicklung sorgt die integrierte Flüssigkeitskühlung der Steuerung für einen zuverl?ssigen und sicheren Betrieb. Die Steuerung erfüllt die Anforderungen an die funktionale Sicherheit von Funktionsketten gem?? internationaler Standards. Die ECU3 zeichnet sich durch eine lange Verfügbarkeit und als bew?hrte Steuerung von zahlreichen Liebherr-Motoren aus.

　　利勃海爾為大型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)提供的11.5共軌系統(tǒng)，功率范圍為1000kW至5000kW之間。噴油器每循環(huán)最大噴油量為1200mm3或1000mg，確保以最高240kW/缸的功率為發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)可靠供油。

　　Liebherr offers the 11.5 system for large engines with an output range between 1,000 kW and 5,000 kW. The injectors make a maximum injection quantity of 1,200 mm3 or 1,000 mg available per cycle, ensuring a reliable fuel supply to engines with a power output of up to 240 kW per cylinder.
